Key Responsibilities- Diagnostic and Repair Work: Execute basic diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of the Volkswagen product line under the supervision of our shop foreman.
- Maintenance and Safety Inspections: Perform basic maintenance and safety inspections on a wide variety of vehicles.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and as a team to drive maximum repair efficiency.
- Documentation and Communication: Consistently and concisely detail and document repairs, ensuring clear communication with customers and colleagues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain shop equipment, requesting replacement as required.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive flat rate hourly compensation based on qualifications.
- Flexible Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm, with every third Saturday, 8:00am-4:00pm.
