Are you a skilled BMW technician looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced automotive professional to join our award-winning team at Tom Bush BMW Jacksonville. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of BMW vehicles, utilizing your technical expertise to diagnose and repair complex issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on BMW vehicles with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs, ensuring high-quality results
  • Communicate effectively with the parts department to obtain necessary parts
  • Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required
  • Document work performed, maintaining accurate records
  • Road-test vehicles when necessary, ensuring safety and quality
  • Attend factory-sponsored training classes to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
  • Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Prior technician experience is required, with a strong background in BMW repair and maintenance
  • Knowledge of shop equipment and tools is essential
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
