Job Description:
  Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team at Resource Informatics Group.
  Salary: $85,000 per year, considering the average salary for similar positions in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
  Design and Develop: Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
  Configure: Customize ServiceNow modules and applications to fit the specific needs of the business, including incident management, change management, problem management, and more.
  Integrate: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools.
  Troubleshoot and Support: Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts, workflows, or integrations.
  Document: Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  Collaborate: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration, including coding standards, testing procedures, and change management processes.
  Upgrade and Maintain: Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Skills:
  Proven ServiceNow experience (3 years)
  Web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3) (3 years)
  Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies (3 years)
  Understanding of enterprise IT architecture (3 years)
  Working knowledge of relational databases (3 years)
  Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.) (3 years)
  Impeccable time-management and record keeping (5 years)
  Ability to take complex end-user requirements to code (5 years)
  Positive can-do attitude & willingness to learn (5 years)
  Strong personal commitment to quality service (5 years)
  Ability to work independently and with a team (3 years)
  LDAP directories, such as Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP (3 years)
  Excellent communication (5 years)
