Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Outsource, the Nation's leading provider of low voltage and electrical talent. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying top candidates and placing them with our clients in the electrical and low-voltage industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and recruitment, with a proven track record of success in placing candidates in technical roles. You will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify top candidates for electrical and low-voltage positions through various job boards and internal databases
  • Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for existing and upcoming jobs
  • Facilitate onboarding process with new candidates
  • Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to identify fresh candidates
  • Make a minimum of 50 calls each day to prospective and existing candidates
  • Place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly
  • Conduct reference checks on potential candidates

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or recent military experience
  • Computer literacy in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Prior internship/work experience in sales, marketing or customer service environment preferred
  • Interest in Recruiting and/or Sales and Account Management
  • Bilingual in both Spanish and English
