Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Specialist to join our team at LuxorLink Staffing. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruiting processes, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position offering an estimated annual salary of $55,000-$65,000 based on experience and location.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews with accuracy and coordinating logistics as needed;
  • Preparing offer letters and distributing offer packages for new hires, including collection of required pre-employment paperwork and I-9 documentation if applicable;
  • Coordinating all required pre-employment procedures for new hires and temporary staff, such as background check appointments, status monitoring, and drug screening exams;
  • Assisting with new employee onboarding activities, including communications with new hires, requests for information, and providing necessary information to IT and security teams as needed;
  • Serving as an administrator of our application tracking system;
  • Creating and maintaining requisition files;
  • QA and reviewing requisitions assigned within your business unit;
  • Tracking special payments, such as sign-on and employee referral bonuses;
  • Supporting special recruiting events like job fairs, on-campus recruiting for interns/trainees, and on-site events;
  • Collaborating with the team to design, develop, and implement improved processes and procedures for the overall recruitment function;
  • Sourcing, identifying, and recruiting potential candidates for various programs, including summer internship positions, the pipeline program, temporary staff, and some full-time positions across multiple disciplines;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred;
  • 1-3 years of recruitment support experience, customer service, administrative, or related work experience preferred;
  • Ability to effectively communicate policies and information, knowing when to escalate questions or issues;
  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy of data, ability to prioritize and follow through on requests;
