About the Role

Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting (RIC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced landscape architect or designer to join our team. As a project landscape architect or designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality landscape architecture and design services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare advanced AutoCAD drawings from sketches, marked-up prints, as-built and other reference materials.
  • Create final drawings for technical and construction-related purposes and review for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with required standards.
  • Develop grading plans, landscape design, and land development site plans and subdivisions.
  • Effectively coordinate with internal team members and external client personnel.
  • Attend client meetings in-person and/or virtually.
Requirements
  • 1-6 years of landscape architectural experience is preferred.
  • Excellent hand and computer graphic skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and working knowledge of additional 3D modeling programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally with internal and external team members.
  • Organized and punctual.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Experience with public and private sector clients.
  • Familiarity with good planting standards and style.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the day.
  • Ability to travel to job sites or meetings on occasion.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor or Masters of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
