About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team at AC Hotel Washington DC.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for our guests.
  • Work efficiently on the hotel's electronic reservation system and other computer programs to minimize wait times.
  • Manage all financial transactions accurately and securely, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Benefits
  • Estimated salary range: $38,000 - $45,000 per year ($19.57/hour nationally $13.00 - $16.00, dependent on state/market)
