As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for managing and evaluating model-based information from design teams, trade subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Digital Construction: Develop and implement digital strategies to improve project delivery, leveraging leading-edge technologies such as BIM and Lean.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Leadership and Development: Supervise VDC Coordinators and Interns, providing input on performance appraisals and developing their skills and expertise.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience.
