Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Compleat KiDZ. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with children and be passionate about improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, treat, consult, and discharge plan for children in an outpatient clinic
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with patients' healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, or other forms of communication
  • Assess and recommend assistive technology/adaptive equipment as needed
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services
  • Participate in training and staff meetings

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
  • Active North Carolina licensure in SLP and ASHA certification
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with the pediatric population as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Excellent documentation skills
