About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Movement Neurology Advanced Practitioner to join our team at Summit Recruiting Group in the Boston area. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding movement and cognitive neurology service.

Company Overview

Our client is a Center of Excellence for Parkinson's disease and is involved in multiple research trials in movement and cognitive disorders. We have a multidisciplinary team that works closely with Neuroradiology, Neurosurgery, Neuropsychology, and Psychiatry to provide state-of-the-art testing and treatments.

Job Description

The successful candidate will function as an independent practitioner under the guidance of a physician and be responsible for the follow-up of movement and cognitive patients in the outpatient clinic. The advanced practitioner will also receive training in programming of deep brain stimulators and have the opportunity to train in outpatient procedures such as lumbar puncture, Botox administration, and nerve blocks.
