Movement Disorders Neurologist Position at University of Vermont

Job Summary:
The University of Vermont's Department of Neurological Sciences is seeking a fellowship-trained movement disorders neurologist to join our expanding program. This full-time clinical position comes with a faculty appointment in the department and offers opportunities for clinical training, education, and research.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled neurologist to lead our movement disorders program and contribute to the highest level of clinical care and education. The successful candidate will have expertise in functional neuroscience, clinical trials, and translational neuroscience laboratory investigative work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide multidisciplinary clinical services for patients with movement disorders
- Conduct research in movement disorders and translational neuroscience
- Teach and mentor neurology residents, fellows, and medical students
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a fellowship in movement disorders neurology and a strong background in clinical research. Experience in medical education or education research is also desirable.
What We Offer:
The University of Vermont offers a competitive salary range of $300,000 - $450,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
