Teaching Opportunity in Lifetime Physical Activity

The School of Education and Human Development at the University of Virginia seeks qualified applicants to teach one-credit academic courses in the Lifetime Physical Activity (LPA) program. The program focuses on providing undergraduate students with a progression of knowledge and skill to be life-long movers.

  • Running for Fitness
  • Women's Fitness (weight training)

Courses are primarily scheduled during the day in alignment with UVA's academic schedule. Preference will be given to full-time enrolled UVA graduate and doctoral students. Valid CPR/First Aid certification is strongly preferred; some classes will require the Instructor to be certified in the physical activity discipline.
