Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) to become integral members of our compassionate care team at Athena Health Care Systems.

Work Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions are available across various shifts: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a. Compensation ranges from $21 to $26 per hour, depending on the shift, with additional pay differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends. We offer weekly pay to ensure timely compensation for your hard work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of individualized care plans for each resident.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions promptly.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
- Assist residents with personal grooming and hygiene needs.
- Respond promptly to call lights and ensure all are accessible to residents.
- Keep resident care areas clean and organized.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid and unencumbered LNA license in the state or be in the process of obtaining one.
- CPR certification and experience in long-term care settings are preferred but not mandatory.
- New LNAs are encouraged to apply.

Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Tactful interaction with residents, families, and staff.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with both professional and non-professional team members.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Openness to learning new methods and integrating them into nursing practices.
- Effective communication skills, especially in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation practices is advantageous.
