Job Summary:
This role focuses on offering technical services for all clients either remotely or on-site. The primary responsibility includes troubleshooting computer hardware, peripherals, software applications, and account management issues. This position also involves network and internet connectivity.
Main Responsibilities
- User and system administration including Active Directory, O365, SharePoint, and various SaaS based applications with respect to onboarding, offboarding, and continuous access management.
- Configure and deploy hardware and software.
- Install and maintain endpoint solutions and associated infrastructure.
- Maintain and manage IT assets and inventory.
- Record, investigate, and resolve IT related issues varying in complexity.
- Implement security updates and upgrades for endpoint systems.
- Run diagnostic programs and optimize computer performance.
Requirements
- An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related science discipline with two or more years of experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess effective skills for analyzing, evaluating, and problem-solving/troubleshooting for a specific scientific/technical discipline.
- Able to comfortably interact and clearly communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization to provide updates and incident resolutions.
- Flexible and able to adapt to company growth and evolving responsibilities.
- Highly organized and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Working Environment
- Must have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and with clients.
- Must be able to work during weekends, holidays, and as required by the company.
- Must have the ability to work with specialized equipment.
- This role operates within a professional office environment of a manufacturing operations plant.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Seating is mixed and includes open space seating, cubicle, and office space. Noise level is moderate.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
