About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apparel Processing Associate to join our team at Goodwill Southeast Georgia.

As an Apparel Processing Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing of donated goods, including pricing, tagging, and hanging of apparel. You will work closely with our team to create a strong customer service experience by authentically welcoming, assisting, and thanking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presort and evaluate donated goods for both soft and hardline materials
  • Pricing, tagging, and hanging of all apparel
  • Moving with a sense of urgency to hang 7-8 racks of apparel
  • Assisting donors with unloading vehicles and offering receipts to donors
  • Keeping all workstations and warehouse areas clean, neat, and tidy
  • Processing all items efficiently, neatly, and in compliance with company best practices

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask with speed, focus, and organization
  • Ability to learn and adapt to evolving technology needs
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Ability to handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting/moving/pushing/pulling merchandise up to 40 lbs, with or without accommodations
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
