Industrial Maintenance Specialist

The New-Indy Group is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical power systems, instrumentation, and equipment in our plant.
Key Responsibilities- Read schematics, use meters, meggers, power analyzers, phase meters, and other test equipment to maintain and troubleshoot electrical power systems, instrumentation, and equipment.
- Perform predictive and preventative maintenance duties to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Work closely with team members to ensure safe work practices and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with process and project engineers to install new equipment and modify existing equipment.
- Assist other team members as needed to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
- Comply with all company policies, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Communicate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members on work progress.
- Develop and maintain team relationships and assist in the education of other team members.
- Associate degree in Industrial Electronics, Industrial Maintenance Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years related industry experience with a stable work history.
- Ability to operate industrial machinery, such as control panels and fork trucks, and testing/measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to work at various heights and withstand working in various temperature and weather conditions.
