Donor Relations Specialist

Vitalant is seeking a dedicated Donor Relations Specialist to support our life-saving mission. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our donors. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting donors, providing education on blood donation procedures, and scheduling their next appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist donor services staff with addressing donor questions and monitoring wait times.
- Retain current donors by scheduling their next donation appointment.
- Educate donors on additional collection techniques to optimize donation opportunities.
- Administer customer service and marketing surveys to donors.
- Review and enhance frequent donor programs and collection technologies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One year of customer service experience required.
