Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills to navigate complex customer interactions.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Excellent listening skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable in both sales and teaching roles, assisting team members as necessary.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Self-motivated and capable of following a structured training program.
