We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at the Westin Portland Harborview. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift, ensuring seamless guest service and accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests, make reservations, and prepare daily reports
  • Balance transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist overnight security with addressing guest issues and handling emergency situations
  • Perform cashiering responsibilities and maintain the Front Office computer system
  • Follow safety and emergency procedures, and maintain proper record keeping
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • First Aid and CPR/AED certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
