Key Responsibilities- Packaging and Shipping: Pack, wrap, load, and unload goods at the original location, ensuring items are moved to and from the warehouse in a safe, efficient, timely, and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate tracking and management of goods.
- Cleaning and Restoration: Perform proper cleaning of items as needed, and assist in the restoration process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the restoration team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pack out, moving, and warehouse operations, preferably with experience driving/pulling a trailer.
- Communication Skills: Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and customers.
- Physical Demands: Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, and perform tasks that require walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing, and working in tight spaces.
