Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer their questions, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
