Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a leader in the industry, NUCKOLLS has been in business for 120 years and is committed to excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our process, develop relationships, and lead a small team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Research new business opportunities and identify potential clients through B2B relationships.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity and provide regular reporting.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving team growth and success.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Desire to be active in the community and contribute to the company's success.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
