We're hiring a Sr. Account Executive at Ryan Consulting Group
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to drive revenue growth and develop your sales skills in the fast-paced transportation industry. You'll be responsible for selling brokerage services to new and existing customers, focusing on personal sales targets and new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell brokerage services to new and existing customers;
- Negotiate with customers to secure profitable rates;
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the industry;
- Collaborate with team members to secure sales;
- Follow established procedures and protocols;
- Update internal tracking and reporting systems.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of Freight Brokerage experience in a sales role;
Desirable qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- 4 years of professional sales experience;
- 4 years of experience in transportation or 3PL.
Our estimated annual salary range is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
