We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to take charge of our maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Management: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance functions, including preventive and corrective measures, to guarantee the seamless operation of all equipment and facilities.

  • Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and rectify mechanical, electrical, and plumbing challenges to minimize operational interruptions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management. Produce regular reports on maintenance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Champion initiatives aimed at refining maintenance processes, reducing downtime, and boosting overall operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent experience and certifications will also be considered.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally within a high-demand manufacturing or distribution setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with building maintenance practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, showcasing strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and relevant technological tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
