About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team on the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the FBM program by providing DOORS administration and subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help shape the transformation and migration to DOORS Next, setting up best practices and training
  • Provide DOORS and DOORS Next subject matter expertise across the FBM program
  • Drive consistency and commonality in tool usage across the FBM program
  • Provide DOORS and DOORS Next tool administration
  • Develop and update tool and process documentation as needed
Requirements
  • Experience as a DOORS and/or DOORS Next tool administrator
  • Knowledge of DOORS and/or DOORS Next back-end tool administration
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
  • FBM program experience highly preferred
  • IT experience related to engineering tool administration and network security
  • Systems Engineering knowledge/experience (e.g. requirements development, requirements analysis and verification, design/requirements review coordination, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with leads to understand technical and schedule needs and prioritize tasking to meet milestones
  • MS Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and build consensus among peers
  • Experience on a defense/aerospace program
  • FBM Special Access Briefings
