Educational Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a call center
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist is required
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • High level of professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently
  • Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is advantageous
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Experience with ticketing systems is preferred
  • Good typing skills

  • Frequent typing and use of hands
  • Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers
  • Lengthy periods of holding phones and devices

  • Involves extensive reading and visual inspection while operating computers and phones.
