Key Responsibilities- Monitor and Maintain our networked software and associated operating systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Identify and Resolve technical issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders to maximize the benefit of our information technology systems.
- Participate in Technical Research and Development to drive innovation within our infrastructure and ensure that our systems adhere to organizational values.
- Oversee Architecture and Engineering Management Processes within infrastructure and operations to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
- Provide Level Three Support for infrastructure administration and technical support, restoring service and resolving incidents, and ensuring IT service performance and capacity management.
- Assist Project Teams with technical issues in the initiation and planning phases of our standard project management methodology and participate in projects focused on smoothing the transition from development staff to production staff.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 10 Years of Information Technology Experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Databases, Online Solutions, and Programming Languages required.
- Analytical Skills and Ability to Use Logical Thought Processes required.
- Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills required.
- Ability to Work Under Stressful Situations required.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills required.
