Job Summary

Stealth Recruiting Services is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Repair, maintain, and install wiring, motors, motor controls, PLC's, AC/DC Drives, transformers, motors, generators, lighting, instrumentation, valves, and other electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Servicing: Troubleshoot and service all production and support equipment within the facility in a safe and efficient manner while ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support by operating a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical malfunctions within the mill.
  • Work Planning and Execution: Study plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
  • Compliance and Safety: Apply NFPA Guidelines, including publication 70 (National Electric Code), to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of troubleshooting experience with close support of production equipment.
  • Skills: Strong electrical and instrumentation skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, computer literacy, good communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Education: Journey level electrician or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically intense environment, lift up to 74 pounds, and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, and climbing.
  • Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in elevated temperatures in excess of 100 degrees F.
