Contract Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Larson Maddox. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle with vendors, customers, and partners, ensuring proper execution and storage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including contract creation, negotiation, execution, and storage.
  • Optimize contract management systems and collaborate with legal teams to finalize complex deals, implementing best practices for efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure all contracts and legal documents align with company policies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address contract issues and provide strategic guidance.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and generate reports to track compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a contract administration role
  • Experience with Ironclad
