Radiology Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our Imaging/Radiology team. As a Radiology Technician, you will perform general radiology imaging studies that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients.
Responsibilities- Perform general radiography imaging studies under the supervision of the Chief Technologist and Director of Imaging Services
- Follow policies and procedures to provide patient care activities and related non-professional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients and families
- Recognize and report patient needs to create a safe and comfortable patient care environment
- Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from an accredited Imaging program or equivalent
- Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; If registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification
- MA-P is required for Maple Valley Rad Techs who perform Phlebotomy

The pay scale is $29.43 USD.
However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
