We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer to join our client's team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work 100% remotely, providing expert mortgage lending services to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Self-Source Business: Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals to generate leads and self-source business.
- Manage Loan Applications: Guide clients through the mortgage application process from initial inquiry to closing.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on mortgage options and assist them in choosing the right loan products.
- Credit Analysis: Review and analyze clients' financial information and credit histories to assess loan eligibility.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of loan applications through effective relationship management and follow-ups.
- Compliance: Ensure all loan applications comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
- Documentation: Prepare and submit all necessary documents for loan approval and processing.
- Proven experience in self-sourcing business in mortgage lending or similar financial services.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan products and processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial information and credit histories.
- Proficiency in mortgage loan origination systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of self-sourced loan applications.
