Job Title: Salesforce Release Manager

Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the role of Salesforce Release Manager. This position requires a multifaceted individual who can work collaboratively with various teams across the business to support our government clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform specific release management duties and project management responsibilities, including establishing a governance structure for the Salesforce Platform team.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce team to integrate Salesforce into the customer working environment.
  • Utilize release management tools such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.
  • Support diverse development communities, develop security models, and RACI matrices to satisfy customer needs.
  • Have expertise in the mix of self-service release management tools.
  • Support related to release management tool sets.
Basic Qualifications:
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance.
  • Experience with Salesforce Release Management and Platform Governance.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, DevOps, changesets, and other change management processes.
  • Demonstrate experience with the full release management lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases on the Salesforce platform.
  • Demonstrate experience in Copado or other Salesforce ALM tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills required to support the Development team throughout the release cycle.
  • Ability to manage release calendars and schedules along with multiple vendors and multiple environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Public Trust or higher level clearance.
  • Copado experience and certifications preferred.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and industry lessons learned specific to Salesforce.
  • Experience with Jenkins CI, Selenium, Apex, Force.com, Visual force, Apex, controllers, Triggers, and Data Loader.
  • Experience with Change Sets and/or XML packages preferred.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI-CD) preferred.
  • Experience with VCS (Version Control Systems) preferred.
  • Experience with project scoping and demo preparation experience in federal government settings preferred.
  • Experience with SSO and web services integration preferred.
  • Experience with Data migration preferred.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $110K-$125K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation, including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
