Job Title: Salesforce Release Manager

Capgemini Government Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the role of Salesforce Release Manager. This is a multifaceted position that requires collaboration with various teams across the business to support our government clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform specific release management duties and project management responsibilities, including establishing a governance structure for the Salesforce Platform team.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce team to integrate Salesforce into the customer working environment.
  • Utilize release management tools for ServiceNow or Salesforce.
  • Support the development community, develop security models, and RACI matrices to meet customer requirements.
  • Have expertise in the combination of self-service release management tools.
  • Support related to release management tool sets.
Basic Qualifications:
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance.
  • Experience with Salesforce Release Management and Platform Governance.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, DevOps, changesets, and other change management processes.
  • Demonstrate experience with the full release management lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases on the Salesforce platform.
  • Demonstrate experience in Copado or other Salesforce ALM tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills required to support the Development team throughout the release cycle.
  • Ability to manage release calendars and schedules along with multiple vendors and multiple environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Public Trust or higher level clearance.
  • Copado experience and certifications preferred.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and industry lessons learned specific to Salesforce.
  • Experience with Jenkins CI, Selenium, Apex, Visual force, Apex, controllers, Triggers, and Data Loader.
  • Experience with Change Sets and/or XML packages preferred.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI-CD) preferred.
  • Experience with VCS (Version Control Systems) preferred.
  • Experience with project scoping and demo preparation experience in federal government settings preferred.
  • Experience with SSO and web services integration preferred.
  • Experience with Data migration preferred.
