As a Customer Service Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive world-class service and support.
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our front desk, manage our operations team, and work closely with our General Manager to drive business results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage cash deposits and ensure timely payments
- Hire, train, and supervise operations team members
- Serve as liaison with Corporate Customer Care Department
- Ensure all front desk systems are followed, including Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiry, Guest Registration, Cash Handling, Replacement of Member ID Card, Delinquent Account Procedures, Account Change requests, travel/guest passes
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Understanding of basic cash procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact, and professionalism
- Excellent training skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Current CPR Certification
