Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Surgical Neuro Intensive Care unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing and experience working with critically ill patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical Neuro Intensive Care unit.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year' Nursing ICU experience.
