About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our ALM team as a Technical Product Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving implementation services attachment, providing technical advisory services, supporting field readiness and continuous improvement, developing best practices, and partnering with our internal segments and partners.

You will work closely with our sales teams to support pre-sales opportunities, provide technical project management for customer projects, and analyze customers' processes and PTC solution value to support the use of core product in line with best practice guidance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building capabilities, high-energy, and results-oriented skills with a customer-first mentality. They will also have experience in programming languages (Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.) and relational database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in application lifecycle management, technical project management, and customer-facing roles. You should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
