Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes
  • Adhere to cash and credit card handling procedures according to hotel standards
  • Oversee room availability and daily occupancy
  • Update housekeeping status for rooms
  • Reconcile departmental accounts at the end of shifts
  • Inform guests about hotel promotions and available amenities
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Record any guest incidents on the appropriate documentation
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in hospitality and customer service
  • Experience with cash and credit card transactions
