Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Ensure all public areas, including hallways, stairwells, and restrooms, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, push or pull 60 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
