Full Time Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team, while also driving business results and improving store performance.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all team members deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Operations: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly.
- Leadership and Development: Develop and lead a high-performing team, by providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-merchandised, by implementing effective visual merchandising strategies and maintaining high standards of store appearance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, by implementing effective inventory management strategies and ensuring that all stock is accurately counted and recorded.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, by implementing effective store maintenance strategies and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
