As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating unit operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Support staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse or current active multistate nursing licensure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
