Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Support staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse or current active multistate nursing licensure.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
