Facilities Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, including sweeping, cleaning, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks as necessary
- Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles
- Operate floor scrubbers and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with Company Environmental Sustainability Program
- Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies needed to ensure a safe and clean facility
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly wage range of $15.00 to $22.00
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
