Facility Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team at The Osborne Company. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance tasks for commercial facilities, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and light trades work.
Key Responsibilities- Work independently to complete daily tasks and quality projects
- Read blueprints, sketches, and scopes to verify work and execute projects
- Manage storage and protection of materials to ensure a clean and organized work site
- Identify opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets
- Support and maintain a healthy and happy work environment and corporate culture
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a maintenance or construction role
- Extensive experience with drywall, basic finish carpentry, painting, tile, and concrete
- Experience with energy efficient building technology, techniques, and their applications
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/AED/First Aid training preferred
- Personally assigned take-home late-model Ram Big Horn 4-door truck or Ram Promaster service van
