Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Processor to join our team at First Service Bank. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of loans from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and process loan documents, including credit reports and loan agreements
  • Collaborate with loan officers and other team members to ensure timely loan closings
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of loan activity
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
Requirements
  • Previous experience in loan processing or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
