Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Intelligence & Security (I&S) Sector, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and planning support to our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial models to support program planning and decision-making
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with program managers to develop and implement financial plans and forecasts
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reports
  • Perform other program control-related duties as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning, preferably in a program control role
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EVMS reporting and financial modeling
  • Track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and planning support
