**Job Summary:**

The Service Advisor is a critical role in our collision repair team, responsible for writing accurate and detailed estimates, collaborating with technicians and parts managers, and ensuring quality repairs are completed in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Estimate Writing:** Review vehicle damage, write high-quality estimates, and create repair plans that meet Direct Repair Program (DRP) guidelines.
  • **DRP Compliance:** Understand and ensure compliance with DRP guidelines, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with parts managers to ensure timely part orders and communicate effectively with technicians to ensure quality repairs.
  • **Production Management:** Monitor repair progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • **Quality Assurance:** Perform in-process quality control checks to ensure repairs meet our high standards.
  • **File Reconciliation:** Ensure accurate and complete file documentation, maintaining compliance with guidelines.

**Requirements:**

  • **Minimum 2 years' experience** writing collision estimates.
  • **Knowledge of collision repair process and insurance procedures**.
  • **Proficient with estimating software and technology**.
  • **Legally authorized to work in the United States**.
  • **Bilingual in Spanish**.
  • **DRP certifications and I-Car certification preferred**.
