Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between our commercial clients, the Account Representative, and our operational teams, ensuring the successful execution of both short-term and long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with the regional Account Representative to effectively schedule and prioritize jobs.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to relay information clearly and concisely.
  • Engage in problem-solving and decision-making to address operational challenges.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to organize job schedules and meet weekly targets.
  • Be flexible with work hours, primarily focusing on weekdays, with occasional evening or weekend duties.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations within a technical services environment.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
