About the Role

Gilead Sciences, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Development Sourcing to join our Development Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing custom applications and solutions to drive operational efficiency for Vendor Outsourcing (VO) by creating tools that streamline and automate VO business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects to drive operational efficiency for VO, including the development of custom applications and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop tools to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain database schemas and tables, including working with SQL Server and MySQL.
  • Optimize database queries for efficient data retrieval for web applications.
  • Build APIs for web applications and integrated systems.
  • Develop and maintain custom software solutions using frameworks such as Flask and WordPress.
  • Develop application plugins and themes using Python, CSS, PHP, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Support integration applications with SSO.
  • Develop visualization tools and reports, such as Tableau.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience and a BA or 6+ years of experience and a MS in a relevant discipline.
  • MBA or JD preferred.
  • PMP/CPSM certification or equivalent a plus.

What We Offer

Gilead Sciences, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $154,020.00 - $199,320.00, as well as a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package, including company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
