Product Assistance Representative

The Mi-T-M Product Assistance Representative is integral in delivering technical support to both dealers and end-users, effectively diagnosing and resolving product-related issues. This role involves providing technical guidance to Sales Support Representatives and collaborating with various internal departments to troubleshoot equipment for clients. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional customer service skills, possess mechanical aptitude related to small engine repairs, and demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks are crucial. Additionally, candidates should be computer literate, quick learners, and maintain a positive demeanor while being adaptable to various responsibilities to ensure task completion. A cooperative spirit and a positive attitude in a team setting are essential. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to identify and resolve technical issues related to company products.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills; manage multiple tasks and conduct follow-up communications as necessary.
  • Demonstrate mechanical proficiency in small engine repair.
  • Possess comprehensive product knowledge, proven sales abilities, a solid technical troubleshooting background, and strong communication skills.
  • Show proficiency in Word, Excel, and data entry tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to support sales initiatives and enhance the Mi-T-M brand.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate in a flexible environment while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, proofreading, and writing skills.
  • Reliability and regular attendance are essential.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency and exercising sound judgment.
  • Ambitious, quick learner with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • In-house training will provide knowledge of company products and services.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Hourly Position
