About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Stellar Enterprises. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the properties are kept in a clean and safe condition
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues or defects
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry
