Overview:
This role serves as a pivotal clinical resource and liaison in critical care settings. The focus is on implementing interventions that enhance care coordination and optimize resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to nursing units and other hospital departments, acting as a clinical consultant to ensure effective care coordination.
- Enhance healthcare team interventions by delivering advanced, anticipatory care strategies aimed at achieving safe and optimal health outcomes for patients and their families.
- Coordinate care across various departments to meet management outcomes and improve system efficiency.
- Provide education to staff by reinforcing effective and safe patient care practices.
- Collaborate with team members to identify outcome indicators, analyze data, and drive system improvements.
- Recognize opportunities for service enhancements and safety improvements.
- Participate in Medical Emergency Response (MET) calls, offering clinical consultation and care coordination.
- Administer direct patient care as necessary, including medication administration in accordance with licensure authority, while monitoring and documenting effects per established policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care settings.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 3 months of hire.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is competitive and based on the applicant's relevant experience, with a pay rate of $60.31 per hour.
